It's just bland really... grey, blue, some gradients, and some meaningless boxes. It's missing a theme, a direction, some memorable imagery. We believe in usability and accessibility. All our sites will be designed to incorporate as many users as possible, to allow you to reach as large a target audience as possible. We believe that disability should not result in difficulty in browsing websites, so we design to incorporate all people.
The grey-ish font color on blue background (and tiny font size) does not really sing "accessibility" to me ...
If you are incorporating as many users as possible, maybe you can offer an alternative style sheet for "limited-sight" visitors, or for a middle-aged guy like me who needs reading glasses to see the text on your site.
