block downloading

I am using my PC as a server through which internet is shared to other computers. On all workstations Windows XP Professional Srv Pack 2 is installed. The IP is set to obtain automatically. I want to know is there any way to block other users from downloading (for e.g. by using Limewire, Azureus and other p2p softwares).

Thanks.

Saeed.

JamieR is on a distinguished road
You'll need some 3rd party hardware firewall or something that can block all the ports that Limewire etc use.

a hardware firewall is the best solution. that way the user can't turn it off. i suggest a netgear router if it's a small network and a cisco if it's large
