Simple, clean, effective
The green, italicized font is almost impossible to read on the older of my LCDs; it's also very hard to read on a brand new one... The contrast between the green text and the white background is very low and the italics makes it even harder.
There is one thing that lets your whole template down though -- presentational mark-up. You've got <small> tags everywhere! What the heck is the semantic value of <small>? There is none. The HTML 4.01 spec.
clearly labels <small> as a presentational element on the same level as <b>, <i>, <tt> and <big>. Directly under the definition for <small> is this line:
