Also your access keys are hard to find and are very limited (only 6 in the whole site according to your access keys page) Also I shouldnt have to hunt to find them.
The colours are harsh togther (bright orange and purple)
In your source code the content should be at the top for various reasons.
Your nav should stand out from your content more. I dont like the 'highlight' effect on your hovers either, they're a little sloppy when links go onto multiple lines.
The background on your headers is too low contrast with the rest of the page.
The page content is too wide (accessibility concern, particularly for dyslexics)
Overall the look is very flat, the 'design' does nothing to lead my eye to anything in particular or any heirarchical structure.
The extremely long IDs are just unnecessary.
While you might think this is a little harsh and who the hell am I, my site isnt perfect either...etc Well my site isnt offering SOE, accessibility and usability training. With site content as yours is, you should expect harsh criticism where flaws are found.
