tabbed navigation modified for single page

I need a tabbed navigation that uses expandcontent or similar method so that all content is on one page. This is not for site navigation, so I don't want to load a separate page for each tab.

I found one that looks and works like what I need with a few exceptions:

It requires a url (I tried just using a hashmark but it made it jump back to the top of the page)

I can only use inline html in the content area. It would be nice to be able to use tables, lists, etc.
