Remember that ASP stands for Active SERVER Pages, therefore if it automatically printed something out it would print to a printer connected to the server. This is fine if you host the website locally. If you host it offsite your webhost would be the one receiving the printed pages.
That being said, you can set up your computer to run a windows script to request a page and if it is present to then print it out. (similar to a Linux/Unix Cron job) To do this you would first need to write the windows script to request the information from the server. Next you would need to add a Windows Scheduled Task. To run this task multiple times a day you would need to point to the task right click on it > properties > schedule > advanced, then set the repeat rate.
