scrolling?

Currently on the website I have started, the backround image appears correctly.
However, you could type a million things out, and as you read them and scroll down, the picture would keep coming up, from top to bottom, then starts over, top to bottom.

How do you set it, so the backroundimage is the page, one page only, no repeation? Basically when you get the the bottom it stops? Is the a tag or script fot that?
