Help 1st Timer with Email form

I've just purchased and started my own website with GoDaddy. I used Microsoft Publisher to create the web pages and successfully uploaded them with by FTP. All the regular pages and links seem to be working just fine, but NOT my email response page ( http://www.mitchherrington.com/index_files/page0003.htm ). Can someone out there also with a GoDaddy hosting account please HELP me fix it so that my "book online" page will operate properly? I'm a newbie to coding anything and that's why I'm using Publisher. It wrote all the code for me, because I'm clueless.

Your host doesn't support Frontpage extensions, so you can't send the form using frontpage's method. You must use a server side language in order to handle the form. Does your server support php?

Yes GoDaddy does support FrontPage extension and I've set it to accept those settings for my pages, but they still won't work. And yes, they also support php but I have not idea how to use that.

I just want to point out that your website is hilarious and your picture makes you look like quite the 'masseuse'.

Try this little tutorial, open your html page in notepad to edit it.
