Unhappy Totally Baffled and Frustrated

I posted a question earlier on how to capture data from a stock quote hyperfeed provider and embed those data into a HTML based web page but I'm just not a CGI/PERL literate to be able to make sense of it.

Is there someone out there that have an example of a HTML web page that has a link to a stock quote data provider(or similar) and how it read the data, parse it then display it in a more visual manner.

My problem is that I can read the data using a URL provided by the host and has a data like so( 990.00, 103.0, 23.0 ...) but how do I link to this URL, take that data and display it on my web page in more informative way?...HELP would be appreciated. I use Dreamweaver to create web pages...can this software do it for me without digging into the nitty gritty stuff?
