Seeking a flash dev.

I hope this is the right place to post, i dont think it fits in the paid work cat.

Im looking for one or two professional flash developers to put together pre made artwork and code into working flash sites. Having some artististic skill and understanding of php would be an advantage.

We are needing someone who can work for free, putting together around 5 or 10 flash sites. We will however be giving a % of the advertising revenue generated from our network of sites. This will be an on giong commision, for the lifetime of the network. So although your not getting cash upfront, your giong to end up better paid in the long run.

Also, thier will be the possibility of future paid work, and millions will see your work.

Another thing i would like to point out, im sure many people request for people to help out with projects like these, and often they fail which is the same in any industry. Our network already makes money, its just time to be done better and bigger. So that should alleviate some of the risk.

If you are interested and would like some more information, shoot me an email to - codeycodecode@yahoo.com ( Spam email )

I look foward to hearing from everyone

Seems to me that if the designer is paid in commission, this should still be in the paid work category. But I'll leave that up to a moderator to decide.

If this is already an established company, what's the current web site? It would be nice to see what it is you do so we can then decide if it's something we're interested in. I, personally, don't engage in free work unless I believe in the cause of the organization.
