ORACLE: deleting old records automatically form a table

We want to delete rows from a table that are more than a year old, we'd like to do it automatically, for example have a script that runs once a week at 2am and deletes the records. Is there a way we can do this?

I'd hit google and look for "stored prcedures" or "triggers" using an oracle db.
