Pre-Loading Embedded AVI in Flash

I've tried doing a general loading screen as normal. e.g:
Code:
ifFrameLoaded (30){
gotoAndPlay (2);
}
on a few pages increasing as necessary. But it doesn't pre-load the video file.

.swf file here
(Flash file intended to be played at 400x300px. So avi quality is low.)

How do I get the movie to pre-load?

By the way, I apologise for the high pitched school girl squeeling. I'm doing this for the friend of a friend who's just left school and got some video clips of their friends.
