Full page image that resizes

Hi,

I want to make a small portfolio that contains images that will appear full screen despite the users resolution and will re size automatically when the browser is stretched or re sized. I also need two small buttons for 'next' 'previous'

Any ideas? Ive googled it but haven't had much luck.

You want it full screen as in within the browser or are you trying to say full screen over the entire screen?
