positioning alert boxes
Is it possible to position the alert box in javascript? I am making a game with an AI and i have alert boxes to tell who's turn it is. When the alert box pops up in the middle, it hides the playing field and its hard to follow the computer's move.

No, you'd have to use a custom popup, or window/dialog for that.
