You PC users are going to have to inform me, but most people are confirming their accusations -- the new CherryOS to run OS X on a windows box (aside from being cast into eternal flames for doing this) seems a blatant rip of PearPC. Your thoughts?

It's a rip-off, all right. But that's no surprise, given the way they've handled the hype around it. That they would try to pass it off as original will probably give us a couple of lawsuites against it (they break GPL), and these will be the interesting thing. We might see some real indication whether GPL holds up in court.
