Obj Code 4 run files from CDROM

Hi masters,

After downloading ActiveX from http://www.particle.net/intralaunch,
the code can be applied.

The above code is the Object code embedded in a webpage that enables users to directly run *.exe files from CDROM.
What I'd like to know is whether there are any Object Code ClassIDs to run exe files directlyfor Hard Drive.
