How to write a forum by ASP?

Please help me!
I don't know how to start to write a forum.
I use ASP, SQL server.
I've difficulty in the interface and database.
Is there any one there? please help me, tell me how to start.

i have made several forums and i will soon produce one as an entire package, coming with an optional portal (ofc this could be in like a week or 6 months as i just do it when im bored )
