Calculating fields and totals

I have a form that needs some calculations. There are 3 fields that need to be added together and then the total needs to be put into the total field. Once that is done, a price needs to be given to the total number, so the total field has to be multiplied by $10. I really have skills in Java, does anyone know how I could easily do this?
