Can't upload attachments from inside an Iframe

My problem is, that if that user is on a page inside an iframe that allows them to upload a file, the uploads don't work. For example if I go to yahoo!mail inside an iframe and try to add attachments when composing an email, I get the 'please wait while we upload your attachments' page, but it just hangs there forever. Any ideas?

Background info: I'm working on a portal site, and one of the features is an iframe browser. This way my users can surf the web and keep my portal surrounding it (as shown in the screenshot). The user types in the address into the text box and clicks 'Go' and then that web page loads in the Iframe.

A1ien51 will become famous soon enough
It is going to cause more trouble then that since people's cookies will not work on sites like codingforums, hotmail etc in most browsers due to security reasons. There is nothing you can really do to fix this problem.

I have gotten around the cookies problem by changing internet explorer settings. Otherwise I would not be able to be logged in to yahoo at all. Its just the attachments that don't work.

You're not going to have the same ability to change your visitors' settings.

In this case I do have that ability, because this site I'm doing is internal to our department, and I have control over their computers.
