Double positioning in pages

http://www.christianev.info/
This is a test site for a redesign of our home page.
2 Part Question:
(1)What's causing the double positioning in Netscape 7.1
(2)The Menu bar on top is not showing in Mozilla
IE6, Firefox and Opera display correct (well, it still needs some fine tuning)
My hair is getting grayer by the minute....
TIA for any suggestions or corrections.

Positioning, menu

  1. What do you mean by "double positioning"? (I'm stuck with IE6.0, so I can't see it)
  2. Have you checked whether that menu script is actually designed to work on other browsers then just IE, and what version of Mozilla are we talking about? I can't believe Mozilla and Firefox would behave that differently...

***The graphics on the main part of the home page get repeated on top of the page, in the heading.
I just figured out that the problem might be my graphics card. I checked on my husband's computer with the same version of NS and everything looks as it should.

***Mozilla 1.7
