Internet Explorer Flash and JAVAScript Problem

I have a javascript that has a submenu on the left of the page. Next to that i have a flash movie that just fades between 2 pics.

If i dont set the background of the flash movie to transparent then you cant see the submenu, but for some reason if you set it to transparent then it shifts the movie to the right just enough to see the submenu.

It doesnt do it in IE6 or even the version of Mozilla i have. But my client has something like IE 4 or 5 and they see it shifted. Is there anything i can do about this?

Is there some way to move the javascript above everything?

Thanks

We'd have to see the full code to see what's up, I can think of a million issues. But you should probably get your client to download firefox or IE 6, atleast -- their laziness will require you to go through quite a few bugs if you don't, because those browsers are filled with errors.
