paid work: web site / web survey

I have this former client who wants additional work done (another web site). Unfortunately for me, I'm too busy and can't take on more stuff right now. So, I'm offering it to one of you.

From what he explained to me, it looks like it's heavy on the coding aspect. He basically wants to have an online survey that he can update, and he wants to open the results in excel. He also mentioned password protection. It sounds like if you're familiar with a server side language you'll be alright. He is, of course, very concerned with reliability, affordability, and time-efficiency. You'll have to negotiate the price with him, but it will definately be paid.

I've only offered this to one other forum so far, and none of them were able to work on it at this time. So if someone here is interested, you have a good chance of getting to do the project.

If you're interested, send me your contact information, which I will forward to him along with a recommendation. He'll then choose from those that I recommend.
