inserting Javascript in Flash

I have a flash movie .swf file i want to add my javascript nav bar and scrolling text box on top of the movie in different frames or in a table format.

Is it possible to do this? and if so how do you do this? or is there another way around it?

Thanks.

You want to put your js menu in your movie?

I'm still using F5, but unless they've changed something in MX+, that is not possible, nor can I imagine any circumstance under which it would be desirable.

each element is embedded in the page, use css to position, and z-index to layer them.
