Question Submit button in Triple Combo Script

I am using the Triple Combo script. It works great! However, the only thing I would like to change is to force the user to click on a "Submit" button to launch the selected page rather than it automatically redirecting the user as soon as they make the third selection from the drop down.
I tried adding a Submit button and adding a "go" function, but I'm not a javascript programmer and am not sure how to get it to work. Can anyone help?

Try removing whatever function call is within the onchange event handler of the last select menu and place that in your button using an onclick event handler....

Don't forget to completely remove the onchange event handler....
