Active X Control LINK ?

My friend gave me permission to use his flash tutorials he originally wrote for a different site. The .SWFS on the site though, he doesn't have them anymore (old) and the tutorials don't make a whole lot of sense without a .swf example. My friend recommended something called an "active x control link" or something of the sort. Anyone know what I'm talking about ? I'd really like to get this to work :\

Roelf is on a distinguished road
i think, if you look at the other questions in this and other forums, you have to conclude a lot of people can help at codingforums.
I helps if you put the question in an appropriate forum, fe this one is for serverside thingies. i don't think flash has to do with server side stuff. (or i don't understand your question exactly).
Perhaps if you be more specific of what you have, and what you want, it is easier for us to answer your question.
I know something about active x, but the active x control link you mention is unknown to me.

Well what I heard was that there was something in active x that can link to swfs...since swfs aren't like images and can't be saved. I need somerthing like this in order to make my tutorials make more sense...
