Diabling "Use proxy server" option from Internet Explorer options

Hi

Is there any way to disable the "Use proxy server" option from Internet explorer options -> connections -> Lan settings through Registry settings?

because i dont have a proxy server which will provide user name password to users to use the internet connection. Instead if i can disable this option so that only limited users use it.
