Link Page Help

Hi

I am wanting to create a Link Page in PHP / MySQL I want to create a Backend so I can edit, add, delete links, and also add, edit and delete categories where the links fall into.

I can give you the mysql database dump file and a sample of the layout for the linkpage. I was also wanting to know if you could do this for free as it is such a small job.

Can anybody help me out here
