copyrighting video files

Hi, on my site I have alot of video files, and I dont want people stealing them and saying that its theirs. So I need to know how to copyright them so that when the videos are playing in Windows Media Player, it says the title, then copyright: Mgkeeper

I guess you'll have to somehow edit them to include some info about their source, like an opening scene which shows your id, or a line of text at the bottom of each frame. If you produced them yourself, that shouldn't be too hard, should it?

I think there is a way to block people from hotlinking for their site to yours using .htacess, but I'm not sure what can be done to stop people from downloading the files then uploading to their server.
