I'm having troble with my tables. I want to create a layout, however, Internet Exploror just disregaunds cellspacing and cellpadding

OK two things, people hate tables here, especially nested ones. Use CSS. Its pretty cool if u get to know it. Also, a bit of topic but where you have repeated this is a test... why do I often see the same latin paragraph in places lie that. Anyone know? Thanks
