[Mozilla]New version, yet a new name
Mozilla/browser, Phoenix, Mozilla Firebird has changed name to Mozilla Firefox in the 0.8 Release. Mozilla Thunderbird comes in a new 0.5 release, but without a name change. This name change to clear the name confusion with the Firebird database software. Let's just hope the name stays the same until the 1.0 release from now.

LOL I think the same thing too. First thing I did when I opened up Firebird was to check the the url wasn't a joke on the homepage settings.
Don't suppose anyone knows a mirror site where to get the latest version? Moz's site is too busy and not allowing me to download

If anything sparks a mass upgrade from IE, I'll call it a good thing, celebrate for a while and then call it a great thing.

I kinda liked how 0.7 didn't need to be installed to be used.

I guess they made an installer just so the average or less than average person can use it without having to spend hours figuring out how to do it.
Can't see any changes from 0.7, I guess it's mainly backend upgrades?
