Help with link through picture...

Hi,

Can someone please help me with the following script. I want it to be the first page to my guestbook, before entering into the next page. Can you tell me what needs to be altered so users can enter the next page through clicking on to the red and white eagle picture... I can't seem to get the link needed inside the picture to work
