Java UDP problem

Im trying to create a java program that incorporates a UDP client and server, where at the client method, the user types a message and sends it over a UDP to the server method. The server method then takes the received UDP, obtains the data from it and prints it out before destroying it.
Apparently, the syntax problem im having is that i have an illegal start of an expression for my UDPServerDiscard method. Theoretically, the syntax should be correct.
