It depends on what you enjoy doing and how you define the "best" job. If you mean by salary and/or workforce demand, you might want to consider java. I'm fairly new to the programming world, but did recruiting in the industry. html & php is more for front-end design & java is typically more back-end & software development. Personalities tend to be a little different and the focus is a little different. Also, think about what type of work environment you might like. Businesses of all sizes might need a front-end person at some point. Whether a webmaster or site redesign projects. Usually larger businesses or professional services business will hire the back-end dev.
I might not have used the correct technical terms so maybe a more experienced developer can elaborate, but since you are just starting your studies, hopefully this is helpful.
One thing I do recommend, take a look at sites like indeed or simplyhired to get a gauge of the demand for each in the workforce. Keep in mind that in any industry, esp tech, the workforce evolves. Lots of in demand job functions, didn't exist 10-15 yrs ago. So the best advice - find what you like and never stop learning new skills.
