can any one help me how to create this type of page when upload new video its show first page automatically with specific categories box
like this pic and i also want 3 feature and 4 categories tab



this time i have 1 feature video and
new video box which update automatically
but i want feature video show 3
and new videos show categories vise like show above pic please help me
