twitter feeds

hi guys,
i would like to have a twitter feed on my webpage that displays all the tweets with certain hashtag (lets call it #hash). lets say there are 5 tweets that have #hash

it should display one tweet at a time and when it reaches the end, it will just keep on looping. also, if someone tweets using that hashtag, the script should be able to display the new tweet as well.

i have no idea how to start as i am not scripter/programmer. any assistance will be much appreciated.

twitter has an api which I think makes most of that possible:
