Can someone help me to solve this.I'm new to it.My project need to use it.I need to access sqlite database through php and then display graph in ajax.

If you clicked on JS Charts you go to their web page. It's a pay for program. $35 if not commercial.
Same for all on this page click the header and go to their site jqplot, jQuery Visualize seem to be free. Check em out. They give you the code to download.
