API Integration to a hosting reseller account

1) Project Details: (I have no experience with API and I am not sure if this the right place to post this.

I want to move my web hosting reseller account to a new providor they have a API Integration for making automated sales and taking payments for hosting and domains, I am not sure what is exactly involved, but I would require a complete website setting up including the API integration, I think, the hosting company offer no support on this apart from they have a document on it, I need some Idea of costs, not sure what info you would require to base this on, if you could reply with info required then I will try and find out.):
