Easiest way to see what platform & payment service a website is using?

I'm trying to figure out what platform a website is built on & also what payment service they are using, what part of the code would I need to look at in order to figure out these two things?

THanks.

I would probably go to the header and footer areas first.

I can't seem to figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are the two websites:

http://www.purity-solutions.net/

http://www.cemproducts.com/

Thanks.

http://www.cemproducts.com/ - might be custom made software

I did notice the solidcatus in there. But is there any way to tell what payment portal/processor they're using?

I thought the 2nd one might be custom, I couldn't find anything any where. It's a really nicely done website too.

Is there any way to tell what payment processor/portal they're using with their custom code?
