Using Apache

Hi all, I just recently purchased a domain name from namecheap.com and downloaded apache to host it from my laptop. I want to do this for the learning experience of it all. On any of my browsers on my machine I can type in my domain name and the website comes up just fine using apache. However, when I try to access the website from another computer, the webpage does not load. I created an exception for port 80 on my laptop with window's firewall. I also went into the "all host records" section of namecheap and entered my laptop's IPv4 address that I found using ipconfig in the command prompt. Any recommendations on what to do next in order to make the website public?
thanks,
greeneyehawk
