Converting a MS-SQL Database to .CSV

What is the easiest way to do this?

I have a MS-SQL database (in .bak form) that needs to be converted to .csv, so I can import it into another store.

Any help would be appreciated!

BTW - I have SQL Server Management Studio access, so I can export the DB in a different form too
