Unhappy PLEASE help me recover text from a FF cache

I am begging you, anyone, to PLEASE help me out here. I typed an extremely long post into my online classroom, and stupidly did not save it before I submitted. Again I repeat... STUPIDLY.

I immediately hit the back button, but it was not there. I started researching recovery options, and found something that didn't seem to work, as this appears to be gzipped, or something. Not even sure what that means.

I'm not even sure if this is the right cache entry, but it has a URL that looks correct, and it's extremely long. It's just a bunch of code and I don't have the first idea how in the world to turn it back into actual text.

I don't even have time, now, to rewrite it all, since it's due in an hour and a half. I figured this was a long shot, but I had to try. I don't expect people to go out of their way to help me, especially with such a short "deadline." In fact, I feel like a tool for even asking. I'm desperate.
