Need custom site from wordpress template built.

I am in need for someone the help me build a new eSports page using the following template.

I want to build a custom layout for the front page, a blog layout, a team section, an event section, a event hub featuring live streams and various media. Examples of the the type of sections can be found here.

I am looking to build a relationship with a coder that can help me change and revolutionize the site over the next few years bringing ever new features to the site over time. While I am not quite sure of how much the cost would be the would run so I am open to negotiations. I can do this by reusing the themeforest theme and then adding custom design with it. Can you explain a bit more about the product you want to sell through this site and why streaming hub is required?
