Buddypress expert needed to complete half finished site plus testing

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I am looking for expert buddypress developer and designer to complete social networking based website based upon buddypress. The site is 75% complete but few part related to e-commerce (Marketpress + Affiliates plugin) is pending and also lots of styling and layout changes.
So, someone good in css3 and twitter bootstrap and buddypress + any e-commerce plugin only contact me.
Its maximum 1 week work. I also need quick learner who can start and get to speed very soon and understand existing code and modules.

Also, the same team will be doing final testing that includes load/performance and any bug fixes there is.

Looking for experience developers only contact me for details.
2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):
Payment can be made through Paypal after freezing requirement and signing proper contract (deliverable agreed), I also need to be constantly on skype, so that we can discuss/test changes/features.
If you are really up to speed then I think its maximum 2 week work including testing and bug fixes to final delivery.
