detect user input in text field?
Hi, I'm trying to work with text fields and I'm not that experienced with them.
Is there a way that I can detect when the user starts typing into a text field and connect an event to it?
I want to known as soon as the user starts typing then fire an event that will animate some text being written in another movie clip.
I'm just not sure if you can track whether or not a type field is being written in or not or if there is a work around for the effect im trying to achieve.
If anyone can give me some advice or point me to a helpful linked I'd be very grateful!
