Looking to partner up for a unique website start up.

I have a great idea for a website that i want to build. But i need some coding help. This idea is unique So i don't want to go into detail with out a NON disclosure agreement .

this is a partner ship meaning all profits will be split up between us.
by running ads and featured services for the site.

Now first let me tell you what i will do.
1. I will purchase the .com name and pay for the hosting.
2. Design the website and graphics I am a really skilled web dev.
3. help pay for advertising.

Now what i need.

I need a coder that can set up a script that will allow a user to upload a photo to the site and make simple small online edits to the photo.
after they are done then they will be able to save the photo and it will be submitted into a approval que.
kinda like a meme gen. but we wont be running a meme site there is a million of those.

Aside from this feature you will need to dev some other small site based scripts. like pic voting and things like that.

I will be using Wordpress as a coding base for the website.

Trust me when you hear this site idea you will be down. It really has the potential to be the next hit site.
