Hey guys so i have a problem that is driving me NUTS.
So I am doing some simple css3 animations on :target.
Sliding in Windows that are hidden from the frame.
My issues is that animation works fine on the TOP and LEFT buttons.
But on the BOTTOM and RIGHT buttons, the animation does not work.
It simply "snaps" into place, rather than animating.
