Online Music Library

I am not sure if this should be under the javascripting section or another but I am going to try here.

I am trying to build an online music library from files that will be placed on the web server - something like iTunes, where they see the list of songs and can play them.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to code this or maybe find a player that I can install and have our logo on it?

What are the copyright laws for doing something like this in Canada?

jplayer for jquery does that.

you can do it yourself also. not sure why this got moved away from javascript, that's what you need for something like this.

This is for a client website which they have full rights to the music that will be posted on the site. The site is also user controled so it won't be open to the public.

I will try the jplayer and see how that works out. Thanks for your input.
