IE7 form button on new line

Hi, on my site: http://aet.inpreview.net
In the footer, there is a Newsletter sign up form.

In IE7, the submit button falls on the next line, please help, I think I've tried eveything?!

I removed the "max-width:100%" on the input[type-'text'] and it went to the same line.
