Your question makes no sense - the JavaScript alert() command is for debugging use only so what it looks like is unimportant.

And for what it is worth: You can *NOT* "decorate" the alert box. Since it is, as Felgall says, meant strictly as a debugging tool, the browsers don't give you any way to change its appearance.
