Adding 301 redirects ??

Hi,

I have just changed my .htaccess so effectively my
pages have been renamed.

I have got quite a lot of links pointing to them so I want to redirect them.

Should I do a 301 redirect as it is a permanent change ?

My old url is:
vacationvillasfethiyerental.villarentfethiye.simpg.net

the page is now found at:

simpg.net/info.php?a=17

How do I write that redirect ?

Thanks.
